  • AUTHORITY TO LEAVE: The courier service we use gives their drivers the authority to leave the item if they deem it to be safe to do so.
  • ASSISTANCE: Courier may require your assistance unloading from the vehicle. Our couriers deliver to the property entrance only.
  • NO PO BOXES: Signature is required
    • Provide your complete address and mobile phone number on the checkout page before payment.
    • A redelivery fee will be charged to buyers for items that are undeliverable and/or returned due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful delivery.

Once your item reaches the nearest depot, our Courier partner will contact the nominated receiver via email to provide delivery updates. Please use the tracking number provided to check the status of your delivery.

We cannot guarantee door to door delivery for every customer. Buyers in remote areas such as farms, islands, mining camps, small towns, or out-towners, etc may either user a different delivery address or choose pick up option.

  3. Note: Warehouse hours are Mon-Fri 9am-3pm (excl. public holidays).
  4. Please note that we can only release orders to the individual named on the order. The credit card used for the purchase must also be presented to verify that the name matches the one on the order and to confirm the last four digits.
