This is an OEM take off. This is only the outer metal skin. Reinforcements are not included. We have hundreds of old bumpers from this era. These have been stored in our warehouse consistently. There is rust on the inside & outside, but it's only surface rust. Most of the people who buy our bumpers get them rechromed. DUE TO HANDLING AND STORAGE, THERE ARE SOME DINGS, SCRATCHES AND/OR PITTING.
