HEAVY DUTY SHACKLE FRAME SLEEVE

2.5" Wide, Large Bushing Shackle Sleeves

These heavy duty shackle frame sleeves weld into the frame. They are made from .250 wall DOM tubing for strength and to eliminate bushing deformation. The sleeves measure 2" outside diameter, 1.5" inside diameter and are 2.5" long. They accept standard size Jeep YJ large bushings that are 1.5" in diameter.

These may used with our long length shackles for correct axle orientation and extended articulation when doing a shackle reverse on a vehicle.

They are sold individually as part # FO200. They are designed for use on any vehicle where a 2.5" wide spring is being installed, and where a heavy duty solution is required.
