This auction is for a Coherent Laser mirror for a CO2 or other IR laser, part# 0632-827-01.  It is 1/2" diameter by 3/8" thick silicon, coated on the curved side for 99.8% reflectivity. The curvature I measured to be 20cm ROC.   This is obviously designed to handle some high power, and is quite a big chunk of silicon.  Just what you need for your home-built CO2 machining laser.
