Model 9005 chess set, made by Wm. F. Drueke & Sons of Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Drueke is a respected American manufacturer of chess equipment, and collectors recognize the name.

Original wooden carrying case with brass hardware and two working-looking latches. King is about 3/4” tall .

Green felt-lined lid with the original Drueke Model 9005 label.

Black and ivory-colored chessmen with distinctive molded designs.

Original Drueke instruction booklet, titled Chess Made Easy to Play.

Approximately 9-inch wide playing board. Drueke name part of the mold on the rook .

Condition : excellent some minor scratches on metal playing surface and outside wood case
