Condition: This one is in Excellent condition and little to no signs of use
Signed / Brand: unsigned, has a small mark near the word "Sterling", but can't make it out. **
Ring Size: About 4.3. The cage around the ring is about 1" inch high.
Color: Ring is silver and Cameo is white with a caramel background. (looks much better in person).
Type of metal or color: Stamped Sterling (Silver)
Additional comments: Complete and original, really an amazing piece and will stand out. I think the Cameo is Carved from what looks like Marble or Shell. Looks like a nice quality ring. (See Photos).

Estimated Age: 1970s? (these are not dated, so this is an educated guess, but not exact, but certainly vintage..
