Hiltl is a German line founded by Fritz Hiltl in 1955. Fritz’s only goal was to make the “ultimate trousers,” and he set high, sometimes tough, standards for production. Often, his exacting standards necessitated some processes being done by hand. Today, the company’s products are still made by a mix of hand and machine, and the results are extremely high-quality jeans and pants known (and loved) around the world.

The fabric for Hilt ZE200 Corduroy trousers is a premium textile blend engineered for comfort, structure, and shape retention. This specific synthetic formulation produces a softer, lighter VELVET-like pile that resists wrinkling and creasing far better than traditional pure cotton.
