Service Overview

Our reconditioning process involves a complete internal restoration of the engine assembly to manufacturer standards using OEM specification components throughout.

Included within our standard rebuild service:

• Complete engine strip-down and inspection

• Thorough cleaning of all major engine castings

• Cylinder head pressure testing and resurfacing where required

• Installation of new internal service components

• Replacement of essential gaskets, seals and bearings

• Precision machining and internal tolerance checks

• Crankshaft inspection and polishing

• Compression and oil-pressure testing prior to completion

All engines are professionally assembled to OEM specifications using high-quality branded components.

Pricing & Exchange Terms

Reconditioned Engine Service: £4,499 + VAT (based on an exchange basis, serviceable unit)

Supply & Fit Service Available Separately

Fitting Service: £999 + VAT

This service is offered on an exchange basis and is priced on the assumption that the original engine core is serviceable and suitable for rebuilding.

We maintain transparent pricing; however, additional charges may apply should major structural damage or non-serviceable components be identified during strip-down inspection.

Surcharge Policy:

This service is offered on the basis that you provide a serviceable engine core. We maintain transparent pricing; however, should your core unit be found to have catastrophic structural damage, a surcharge will apply.

Surcharges may apply for, but are not limited to:

• Cracked or damaged engine block/casing

• Snapped, seized or heavily scored crankshaft

• Cracked cylinder head(s)

• Damaged camshaft assemblies

• Excessive overheating damage

• Non-serviceable engine cores

• Missing major components

• Any other major structural component found to be unserviceable.

• Any additional costs are discussed and authorised before further work proceeds.

Important Information

Please note:

• Ancillary components, injectors and turbochargers are not included unless otherwise stated.
• Vehicles with excessive contamination or external system faults may require additional remedial work.
• ECU faults, fuel system faults and cooling system defects are not included within the standard rebuild price.

Warranty

8-Month / 8,000-Mile Warranty
(Whichever occurs first)

Warranty is subject to our standard Terms & Conditions, including completion of a mandatory run-in service between 600–1,200 miles.

Extended warranty packages may be available where fitting is carried out in-house.
