Antique Clergy Alb Vestment ? White Cotton Tatted Bottom Lovely!

I believe this is a clergy garment – but can’t be sure.  Maybe an altar piece?  Anybody knows – please email me.

The hand crocheted tatted bottom is amazing.

The white cotton is very fine.

Condition – overall – very good---however, there is an area of storage stains which I did not try to remove – see pictures.

There is NO closure to this item –

Note - This is like a wrap around - no sleeves.  It has like a neck rounded area - see pictures.  I put it around me and the front becomes shorter than the rest of it.

Measurements – all approximate

The magnificent tatted lace itself is 10” wide and covers the entire bottom – all very good – one end part needs reattaching

32” bottom of neck to bottom of piece

42” long from shoulder area to bottom
