DOD FX40-B equalizer pedal. This pedal features seven bands and a level trim. I've just replaced two faders and cleaned the remaining ones with Deoxit. Passes audio clean with no crackles on adjustment, bypass and toggles on and off correctly. Is missing the battery door (it's a DOD thing ifykyk).
