This is an antique dexterity game of a circus clown from the 1920s. It has 4 white balls that you have to get into the holes. It measures 2" in diameter x 0.25" thick. It has a glass front, a tin rim, and a mirror on the back. It is in very nice condition and may have been made in Germany.
