This is a vintage 1964 giveaway advertising dexterity game showing a Playboy Bunny Girl and reads "Winthrop's Got the Live Ones." It also mentions "As advertised in Playboy, Esquire, and Sports Illustrated." The game is made of plastic with a cardboard insert. It has 4 glass balls that you have to get into the holes. It measures 4.5" in diameter x 1" thick and is in nice condition with some light scratches and a crack on the back.
