Important Installation & Safety Notes:
1. Professional exhaust shop installation is highly recommended. Use a vehicle lift or heavy-duty jack stands for safe under-car work.
2. Exhaust components reach extreme operating temperatures. Allow the exhaust system to cool for at least 60 minutes after driving before disassembly to avoid burns.
3. Check all rubber hangers and connection surfaces during installation. Replace worn hangers to avoid stress cracks and premature exhaust failure.
4. This is stock replacement exhaust, not performance racing exhaust, intended for stock vehicle systems only.
5. Minor heat discoloration on stainless steel surface after operation is normal and not considered a product defect.
6. Double confirm your vehicle is 2.4L AWD 2004/2005 Outlander before ordering; FWD and AWD exhaust routing are different and NOT interchangeable.
7. Tighten all fasteners evenly and check for exhaust leaks after startup.
