The photo of the saw is in the last photo for help you with part ID . There is one wheel on the carriage but it doesn’t look heathy ,the others broke but the arms are there and you can put new casters on the carriage they are replaceable . This is a cast Iron and the steel metal plate goes between the body of the saw and the base . Part of the old casters is still on the carriage so you just remove the 3 screws on each to remove whats left of the old caster and install the new caster I left them on so you could remove them and possibly use them to make make a template to make your own casters or to use them to match the the install holes . Those arms on the side are for lowering and raising the casters . I also have other parts available . Like the extension tables and the motor and other parts you may need . The extension tables are on Ebay right now .
