This air bladder (seal air bag) is a replacement spare part for DZ series single / double chamber vacuum packing machines, compatible with DZ260, DZ400, DZ500, DZ600 models.
Made of high-strength composite fabric material, it features high pressure resistance, wear resistance and high temperature resistance, stable during continuous vacuum sealing work.
When inflated, the air bag presses the sealing strip evenly to complete heat sealing, solving poor sealing and air leakage problems of old vacuum machines.
Multiple standard sizes in stock for single chamber and double chamber vacuum sealers. Custom dimensions are available upon request.
Common sizes:
  • Single chamber: 20×4cm, 30×4cm, 40×4cm, 50×4cm
  • Double chamber: 38×6cm, 48×6cm, 58×6cm
It is widely used in commercial food vacuum packaging for meat, nuts, pickles and other products.
