TERMS, SHIPPING & COMPLIANCE POLICY

1. US Shipping & Restrictions

• Shipping: We offer standard shipping to the contiguous United States only.
  
• Excluded Regions: We do not sell or ship to California, Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO addresses due to state-specific regulations and freight limits
  
•  Cancellation: Orders with billing or shipping addresses in these restricted regions will be canceled and refunded immediately.

2. International Orders & Freight Forwarders

• Logistics: International shipping is not free. Freight costs are calculated and invoiced separately based on weight and dimensions.
  
• Buyer Responsibility: International buyers are 100% responsible for customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and local medical device compliance.
  
• Freight Forwarders: If using a US-based forwarder, our free shipping applies only to the US warehouse. Our liability and transit risk end completely upon delivery to that intermediary.
  

3. Equipment Specs & Technical Compliance

• US Standards: Surplus items are sourced from US facilities and operate on US standard voltage (110V-120V / 60Hz) with US plugs.
  
• Compatibility: Buyers must source their own transformers, adapters, or local manuals. Please request photos/specifications to verify fit before shipping.
  

4. Payments & "As-Is" Final Sales

• Wire Transfers: International orders must be settled via Bank Wire Transfer (SWIFT) or verified platform escrow. Goods are released only after funds clear.
  
•  No Returns: All surplus inventory is sold strictly "As-Is" and all sales are Final. No international returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted.
  

5. FDA Regulation

• The sale of this item may be subject to regulation by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and state and local regulatory agencies. Buyer is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase and use of this item.
•  If so, do not bid on this item unless you are an authorized purchaser. 
  
•  If the item is subject to FDA regulation, I will verify your status as an authorized purchaser of this item before shipping of the item.
  
• Expired items are not for patient use and may only be purchased for research, veterinary, or educational purposes in accordance with Federal, State and Local rules, regulations and laws.

• The buyer is responsible for determining whether this equipment is suitable for their intended application and for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, professional requirements, and manufacturer instructions.

• Used medical equipment have to be appropriately cleaned and handled according to the manufacturer's instructions before use.
