Offered here is a stunning gilded brass Rococo style made in the late 19th century by the Waterbury Clock Company.
The movement is 8-day and is stamped on the back plate Waterbury Clock Co. The springs are good and the clock does run and strike as it should but is being sold "as is" for repair.
The dial is 4" diameter porcelain and features roman numerals. Hands are appropriate and appear to be original to the clock. The center of the dial features a pressed metal design.
The case is 11-1/4" tall x 7" wide x 3-7/8" deep and has an intricate design of floral and curved designs. It is in excellent condition no cracks or breaks.
Local pick-up is available.
