Lot of 12 original 1980s Pan American World Airways (Pan Am) Historic First Flights airline menus featuring colorful aviation artwork by John T. McCoy. Each measures approximately 11 x 8.5 inches folded. The illustrations celebrate milestone Clipper flights from 1928 through 1980, including flying boats, propeller aircraft and jets. Interior printing includes historical flight and artist information and beverage selections. The series included 13 designs; this lot has 12, missing the 1946 Douglas DC-4 Belgian Congo design. A striking collection for Pan Am, commercial aviation and travel ephemera enthusiasts.
