Waddingtons Super Top Trumps

Marvel Super Heroes

So this is a wonderful red back set with no CE mark (see cover card, bottom right).

There are two versions with CE or without.

CE marking is a declaration by the manufacturer or importer that a product complies with all applicable European Union (EU) legislation regarding safety, health, and environmental protection at the time it is placed on the market

You may or may not have noticed there was a difference but this pack was before the EU enforced CE marks on products so it is much more desirable and in demand.

The cards are in fine order, to be very critical I picked on the card Nova (see photos) it has the smallest of creases middle right. Maybe light marking on the cover card top left.

Its hard to see but I am very honest with my listings.

The cards feel nice and fresh and solid to handle and are worthy of anyone's collection which is why they ended up in mine.

Marvel Super Villains Red Back No CE Mark (see Front card, bottom right)

So this is a really nice example of a 1988 red back set with no CE mark. Ce mark was introduce after these packs where made so they don't have the mark which is brilliant and a must for any collector to have both versions.

You will notice the mark at the bottom right of most packs but not this one.

These cards are from my collection and so are the best quality that was available and I must say they really are a nice set.

To find faults so you don't have to I have taken a picture of Blastaar and Plantman. Blastaar has a slight crease upper left and Plantman has some blue colouring rubbed off from another card. Hard to notice in normal lighting.

Apart from this I feel this set is worthy of a collection and deserves it too.

Study the photos and be happy with your decision as there will be no refunds offered.

Quality sets!

Enjoy!
