BUY IT NOW LISTINGS
Listings are offered as Buy It Now and have been priced appropriately, however we are open to reasonable and genuine offers.
We will often have the Best Offer option which may let you purchase the item for a better price.
PAYMENTS
Paypal Only unless Picking Up in-store
Payments are to be made within 48 hours of the auction ending and cancellations are not permitted.
If you do wish to cancel an order without good cause or we feel this is happening far too often, you will be blocked from bidding on our items in the future.
Items remaining unpaid for more than 5 days will have an unpaid case filed with ebay.
If payment is still not made within 4 days after the unpaid case file is issued, we will claim the final value fee credit from ebay. Block you from bidding in the future and relist the item.
Please Note that a winning bid is final and legally binding.
If you win multiple items, please email us requesting a combined invoice. If you are waiting for other items to end before paying please email us a let us know your intentions, otherwise we will open a case.
Upon request we will allow buyers to accumulate items for up to 7 days after the first item is won. After this time we will start a new invoice for all extra won items.
After the auction ends please check out and you will be issued with payment instructions.
POSTAGE
We only use Australia Post
Postage costs are clearly stated on all of our listing, so please do not complain about the postage costs after you win an item.
All orders are bubble wrapped and securely packed with the utmost care.
Australia Post delivery times are generally within 4-8 business days.
Once items are posted a tracking number will be allocated to your order and we are not held liable for any damages or lost items caused by Australia Post.
Please request combine postage if you win multiple items before paying.
We also offer pickups 6 days a week. Our store is located at 36 Station Place, Werribee, VIC 3030
Monday - Friday 9:30am - 5:30pm
Saturday 10:00am - 5:00pm

We only post within Australia
WARRANTY AND REFUNDS
As a valued customer we offer a 90 day warranty on all items that are listed as new, which covers faulty goods that have not been caused by tampering with inner workings or damages caused by the consumer.
This also applies to items that have been incorrectly described or different from the sample shown.
Please note this does not apply to auction items that clearly have the fault described within the listing. So please take your time in reading the Item Description section of the listing before bidding.
All Auction items are covered via a 14 day return policy.
If your item arrives damaged or in a condition not consistent with the advertised listing, please get in contact with us within 7 days of receiving your item
RETURNS
Items will need to be returned for inspection and testing before a refund is given with no exceptions.
To start a refund claim select "Return this Item" option in ebay. We will assess your request and upon accepting your return ebay will issue you a return postage label that you will need to use to return the item back to us for assessment.
If you have any problems or concerns, please email us via Ebay first and we will try to resolve it ASAP.
If you are unhappy with the item please contact us via Ebay email only before leaving feedback
If negative feedback is left, Cash and Go Lenders will assume that the transaction has been finalised
While all care is taken in the listing of our items, any error in our listings are unintentional.
