Bi-Xenon vs. Adaptive (AFS) Notice: Engineered for standard Bi-Xenon equipped models without dynamic cornering headlights (PR-8BP). If your vehicle is equipped with dynamic curve lighting (Adaptive/AFS Option PR-8Q5), the internal projector mechanism and pin configuration differ (requiring part number 8K0-941-030-D).

Important Installation Information
Direct Mechanical Bolt-In & Factory Plug-and-Play Installation: Park the vehicle on a level surface, shift into Park, and switch off the ignition. Disconnect the negative 12V battery terminal in the trunk floor. Open the hood to access the headlight core support area. Remove the plastic front radiator shroud/sight shield by releasing the front push pins. Using a Torx T30 driver, completely remove the two top headlight mounting bolts. Loosen (do NOT fully remove) the two lower Torx T30 bolts located deep in the lower rear bracket cradle. Slide the entire headlight assembly forward a few inches on its sliding tray to expose the rear electrical plug. Release the red/black locking tab on the 14-pin wiring harness connector and unplug it. Carefully lift the headlight out of the engine bay. Transfer your existing D3S bulb, lower ballast module, and LED DRL control unit if needed, making sure the rear rubber dust seals are seated cleanly to prevent moisture intrusion. Slide the replacement headlight onto the mounting track, plug in the harness until it clicks locked, tighten the four Torx T30 bolts evenly while checking fender-to-lens alignment, reinstall the top trim shroud, reconnect the battery terminal, and test low beam, high beam shutter, turn signal, and LED DRL function.
