This is a Vintage Art Nouveau Black Plastic w/ Metal Lady Sew on Decoration Embellishment with a metal ball chain dangle.  I'm not sure what it was used for bur it could be made into a buckle or pin very easy.  The plastic disc is 3 1/4" in diameter.  The chain dangle is 1 1/4" wide x 5" long.  It is in very nice condition with light wear.  Please, refer carefully to the photo / photos for the exact condition of this item.
