• NEED HELP? Message us with your model number before buying. We respond quickly and want to ensure you get the right part!

• SHIPPING DEDUCTIONS: Since shipping is a separate cost, the original shipping fee is NON-REFUNDABLE for any return caused by buyer error (e.g., "Ordered by mistake," "Doesn't fit," or "Changed mind/Misdiagnosed", “Didn’t like item”, “Found better price” ).

🛠️ DEFECTIVE PART CLAIMS & VERIFICATION

We stand behind our parts 100%, but we do not participate in "guess and check" repairs. To process a return for a defective part, we require the following:

1. TECHNICAL EXPLANATION: You must provide a brief technical explanation of the diagnosis. (e.g., "The part failed a continuity test" or "Error code F61 persisted after installation").

2. MODEL VERIFICATION: You must provide the Model Number of the appliance the part was installed in.

3. MISDIAGNOSIS NOTE: If a part is returned as "defective" but passes our bench test upon return, it will be treated as a Buyer Remorse return. In these cases, the original shipping cost will be deducted, and a restocking fee may apply.

🛡️ QUALITY & SECURITY

• TESTED: All parts are reclaimed from units and bench-tested by our technicians to ensure they are functional.

• SECURITY MARKED: All items are marked with invisible security ink and other security marks. If a part is returned without our mark or has been "swapped," the return will be denied and reported to eBay.
