Leroy Kelly signed this card boldly in blue ink and added the desirable "HOF 1994" inscription, commemorating his induction into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1994. The autograph has been authenticated and graded a perfect Auto 10 by PSA/DNA.

The card itself has been graded Authentic by PSA 4, still presenting very well for a vintage card that is nearly six decades old. The certification can be verified through the PSA database under certification number 149139792.
