I've identified one of the autographs as Joanna De Waal (Galinda), which indicates that this poster is from the second national tour in 2012.
The poster will be mailed folded in half along the fold that already exists, and sandwiched between sheets of cardboard.
It measures approximately 14" wide and 20.5" tall.
