Vintage 1956 C Ivar Gilbert "Summertime" & "Blue Sky" Framed Lithograph Print  

Up for sale are a wonderfully preserved, authentic 1956 mid-century vintage lithograph prints of the impressionist landscape painting "Summertime" and "Blue Sky" by renowned American artist Carl Ivar Gilbert (1882–1959). 

The prints are accompanied by its original, mid-century factory-finished wooden frame, in a light blue-tone, measuring 11 5/8" wide x 9 5/8" tall.

The bottom margins are intact showing the full copyright details: title and artist. 

Very minor age-appropriate toning along the extreme outer edges from the past 70 years. 

Frame & Glass: Solid structural condition, there is no metal piece indicating that these were hung on a wall. 

The painted frame displays fantastic authentic retro patina with minor, light scuffs/character wear along the edges perfectly consistent with its age. 

These watercolor prints do show some aging on the inside edges of the white paper - they are slightly yellowed and maybe a little wavy.
