Vintage Stained Glass Turtle Lamp
Stained Glass Dome with Frog Motif, Cast Metal Base
Circa August 1998, Novelty Accent Lighting

This charming novelty accent lamp features a stylized turtle form with a vibrant stained glass dome shade. The glass panels are arranged in a colorful mosaic featuring bright green and yellow frogs among water lily-inspired patterns, creating a warm, ambient glow when illuminated. Dating to the late 1990s, this piece reflects the enduring popularity of Tiffany-style glasswork adapted into whimsical animal forms for residential decor.

• Detailed cast metal turtle base with textured shell rim and figural head and limbs
• Lead-soldered stained glass dome shade featuring multiple stylized frog figures
• Standard corded electric power with inline thumb switch mechanism
• Measures approximately 8.5" long by 5.5" wide (ruler visible in photos)

Condition: Good vintage condition overall. The stained glass dome is intact with no visible cracks, chips, or missing glass panels. The leaded seams remain tight and secure. The cast metal base is stable and shows minor surface wear consistent with age and typical display use. The electrical cord and plug are in good condition. The lamp has been tested and is shown illuminated in the photographs.
