* refinished in yellow with NITRO, laquer is VERY BRITTLE = will relic everytime you touch it

* has 2 OPEN SEAM CRACKS = check pics 4 & 5

* neck is completely refinished

* headstock has 6 closed holes from a 12 string conversion = check last 2 pics

* some wood behind nut cut has chipped = check pic 9

* frets are worn* neck has a C shape, NOT fat
