These Turkey Red  Embroidered is a unique addition to any room. Made from 100% cotton, the geometric pattern and red color add a touch of elegance to the room. The  embroidery adds a delicate and intricate detail to the valance. This valance I was told is called a blouson,or balloon valance. There is no rod pocket. Embroidery n ruffles are  really nice.
