Returns & Warranty
Personalised items are made to order and are excluded from change-of-mind returns under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Your statutory rights are not affected.
For non-personalised items you have 14 days from delivery to tell us you want to return, and a further 14 days to send it back, in the condition you received it. Return postage is yours unless the item is faulty. Message us with your order details before sending anything back.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the goods or proof of posting.
Every item is checked before it leaves us. If a print or frame arrives damaged or faulty, message us with your order number and a photo and we will replace it or refund it.
