In amazing antique condition, it has the original glass, a fancy crimped metal frame, and this tiny flue cover has a diameter of only 4” across!!! I have never seen one this small. It has the original hanging metal chain; the cherub Victorian print is beautiful—this flue cover was probably made in Germany. There are no stains on the print. On the back, I see a little ding on the edge of the rim, but it does not show on the front. I love the crimped edge detail on the front— lots of photos to help with the description. The glass cover is original 19th century glass and has the antique imperfections that you would want to see. A very rare and tiny antique flue cover, would make an amazing addition to any collection!
