It is a replacement for Suzuki part number 32800-31021

***Please note that this unit has a body ground and also grounds through the black wire on the connector. The earlier rectifiers did not have a separate ground wire and grounded through the body. 

I personally assemble each rectifier using the best parts that I can source.
