New aftermarket 6 volt AC regulator assembly for vintage motorcycle headlght circuits.

To install, 

Tap the wire into your headlight supply wire and be sure to bolt it down to a grounded surface, as it grounds through the body.

Please note that this is an AC regulator, which is intended for use on headlight circuits. Confirm that your bike has an AC headlight before purchasing. This part would not be ideal to regulate charging voltage.
