Up for sale here is this set of 3 used vintage Sprague bumble bee capacitors. These are PIO (Paper-In-Oil) capacitors. Each is marked .047 uf 20% 600v.  These test around .045-.0472 uf, with low leakage, and will work fine at full voltage.  They are probably too big for a guitar, I'm not sure.
