Very good condition, save for a hand written in pencil the number 20 on the inside (see pic). Otherwise no stains, odors, tears, etc, that I can detect. It was a part of a 91 piece collection of sterling flatware, which was purchased by by great-grandfather in 1898. Not sure when or if this pouch was purchased with the set, or sometime afterward. He passed in 1931.
