This machine is being sold AS-IS because it has an intermittent brewing issue.
The machine will sometimes operate normally, but at other times it will grind the coffee beans and then not dispense coffee. We have found that the machine requires regular cleaning and maintenance to operate properly, and it has become more maintenance than we want to deal with.
If the machine is not properly cleaned and maintained, it can grind the beans without producing coffee.
We are selling it because we are tired of dealing with the cleaning/maintenance requirements and do not want to continue troubleshooting it.
This is NOT being represented as a fully functioning, trouble-free machine.
It may be a good option for someone who is familiar with Philips/Saeco super-automatic machines and is comfortable cleaning, servicing, troubleshooting, or repairing them.
