Olive Gold To

| 3 stonesAll Cushion | 0.29 ctTotal Weight | VSClarity |
Three natural cushion diamonds, 0.29 carats in total, around ten points each. All three are cushions and all three are yellow, but they run as a deliberate progression: an olive gold with a green-brown note, a deep saturated golden yellow at the centre, and a pale lemon at the other end. The richest stone sits naturally in the middle.
A graduated run inside one colour family is a different thing from three identical stones. It gives a trilogy direction — the eye travels across it rather than stopping — while the shared shape and hue family keep it coherent. You get variety without losing the sense that the three belong together.
Clarity is VS across all three, so inclusions need magnification and nothing reaches the naked eye. Ten points is the practical size for this work: enough to carry a piece on its own, low enough to sit flush without catching.
Olive gold, deep golden, pale lemon. One colour family, three steps along it.
A graduated trio within one hue suits designs that want movement but not contrast.
Graduated trilogy ringThe strongest use. Deep golden at the centre, olive and lemon either side, bezel or flush set across a band. The saturated centre stone anchors it and the paler ends let it breathe — a trilogy that reads as considered rather than simply matched. |
Signet ring, single stoneAny one flush-set into the face of a heavy gold signet. The olive gold is the most unusual and antique-looking; the deep golden the boldest; the lemon the lightest and most delicate. Understated, hard-wearing, nothing raised to snag. |
Three stacking bandsOne stone per thin band, worn together in order. The progression from olive to lemon becomes the structure of the set, and because all three are cushions of similar size, the stack reads as intentional. |
Minimal bezel solitaireOne stone rub-over set on a fine band. At ten points it sits low and close to the finger, which is what makes minimal work look considered rather than thin. Yellow, rose or blackened silver. |
Three-stone bar pendantAll three in a horizontal line on a bar or fine chain, deepest at the centre. The same logic as a graduated trilogy in a piece that is easier to wear every day and simpler to make. |
Men's and unisex piecesThe olive gold stone in particular suits men's work — flush-set in a broad band, a signet, cufflinks or a tie bar. Low profile and muted colour read as restrained rather than decorative. |
On metal: yellow and rose gold are the natural pairing and lift the whole run. Be aware that yellow gold will warm the olive stone and soften its green note; blackened silver or green gold keeps it. The pale lemon holds up surprisingly well in white gold, where the contrast makes it read more yellow rather than less. Brushed and satin finishes suit the parcel better than high polish.

Two Separate Guarantees
These are natural mined diamonds, not laboratory grown. Not CVD, not HPHT grown, not synthetic, not simulants. All three came out of the ground.
No treatment of any kind has been applied. Not irradiated, not HPHT colour treated, not coated, not painted, not laser drilled, not fracture filled, not heated, not enhanced in any other way. The colour in all three stones is their own.
Our guarantee on both points: if any stone in this parcel is shown by a recognised gemmological laboratory to be laboratory grown, or to have been treated in any way, return the complete parcel within 30 days of delivery for a full refund including your testing costs. We will honour that without argument.
Worth knowing: yellow is among the most commonly treated colours on the market, and the olive stone carries a green note — green hues are where laboratories most often return colour origin as undetermined. None of it can be separated from natural by eye. That is exactly why we state our position as a guarantee backed by a refund rather than as a line in a description. If it matters to you, hold us to it, and ask us before paying for testing.

Full Disclosure
This is a parcel of three stones and 0.29 carats is the total. Please do not read that as the weight of a single diamond. Each stone is around ten points.
These three are not colour-matched. They share a shape and a colour family, but they deliberately differ — olive gold, deep golden and pale lemon are clearly different stones side by side. If you need three yellows that read identically, this parcel is not that. Judge the spread from the photographs, which show all three together.
Sizes and outlines vary slightly, as hand-cut cushions do. For a graduated trilogy that variation helps; for anything needing strict symmetry, it does not.
The colour and clarity assessments are our own, made in Bangkok under standard grading conditions, not laboratory grades. A laboratory would grade each stone individually and may return different results. We describe the colours in plain terms rather than quoting saturation grades nobody has assigned to them.
No cut, polish or symmetry grades are offered, and individual measurements are not published in this listing. If you need millimetre dimensions, ask and we will measure all three before you bid — on a trilogy the stones have to sit correctly against one another, so those measurements matter more than the carat weight.
Every photograph and the video show the actual stones under natural light without colour correction. Yellow reads stronger under incandescent light and flatter under cool daylight; the olive stone looks greener in daylight. Study all the images and ask us for more if you want them.
