Up for sale is a beautiful, oversized statement piece of genuine 1970s Mid-Century Modern nautical wall art. This large vintage plaque features a striking silhouette of a masted sailing ship's rigging and masts set against a vibrant, fiery orange and red sunset.
The print is mounted on a thick, solid wood plaque featuring beautifully scrolled, routed edges. The entire face of the piece is finished with a thick, high-gloss clear resin ("liquid glass") coat that gives it a deep, reflective, and vibrant look characteristic of the era.
