A  VERY HARD TO FIND TIN.  This is a Huckleberry Finn or Tom Sawyer type young man "Echoing".  It is a tin, with a paper label and I see no tears on the paper. It has a slide lid.  Menomonie, Wisconsin.  Couldnt ask for one in better condition!
