This one came out of the package with some sloppy paint work.  Chest star shows blue through it and has some sloppy paintwork.  Shoulders where the arms meet the white is sloppy as well but that's more typical for this figure.  Shield has just a hint of were from taking the effects off and on.  Still a nice figure, just things worth mentioning.

No small blast effects otherwise complete.
