If you purchase an item before its release date, it is considered a pre-order.

• Pre-orders are expected to ship on or around release date. Unless there is a delay due to the manufacturer or distributor which will be communicated to the best of our ability and knowledge. Movies are typically received a few days before the release date and may be shipped out early.

Refund Policy:

• No refunds on pre-orders (exceptions apply if the studio cancels the release).
• Studio release dates are subject to change and are beyond our control.
• If the release date changes, we will update you with the new dates as provided by the distributor.
• There is no guarantee on receiving the movie exactly on release date.  We ship as quickly as we can but are also at the whim of the distributors and postal services/couriers.
• Please disregard eBay shipping dates and timeframes. Refer to the dates in the item title for accurate shipping information.
• Due to eBay requirements, your pre-order will be marked as “Shipped” but will not be physically shipped until we receive the item from the distributor.
• All stock image covers are subject to change by the studio/manufacturer and do not guarantee contents such as digital copies. The final product may differ from the stock image.
• DeletedScenes cannot accept returns for final artwork, or the absence of slipcovers or digital copies, as we have no control over the final product issued by the studio/manufacturer.
