Four fitting set that takes any -12 SAE ORB (O-Ring Boss) female port out to 1" hose with a positive locking quick connect. Two Parker -12 SAE ORB male to NW20 quick connect fittings thread into the ports, and two mating NORMA Normaquick PS3 NW20 hose end fittings connect to 1" inside diameter hose.
Fits any -12 SAE ORB port, 1-1/16-12 UN-2B straight thread per SAE J1926. This kit is for aftermarket water manifolds with -12 SAE ORB ports, including the PSS LSA (CTS-V) manifold and the -12 ORB manifolds offered by DSX and Kong for LSA and LT4 applications. It does not fit the OEM water manifold, which has no -12 ORB ports. Other uses include heat exchangers, intercooler pumps and custom intercooler plumbing. If the port is -12 SAE ORB, these fittings thread in.
The -12 ORB to NW20 fitting measures 0.7855" (20 mm) inside diameter and is straight through, with no 37 degree flare seat to neck down the flow. For a given dash size a -12 SAE ORB connection typically has a larger through bore than a -12 AN connection, so threading ORB fittings directly into the port avoids both the flare seat and the extra joint an AN adapter would add.
Restriction in an intercooler circuit is cumulative. Every fitting and connection adds pressure drop, and fittings typically neck down more than the hose they serve. Electric intercooler pumps are sensitive to total circuit restriction, so reducing it at any point in the loop increases flow.
Genuine Parker and NORMA fittings built to the VDA quick connect standard, the German automotive industry coupling standard used on OEM coolant lines. Rated for water based coolants, -40 deg F to 212 deg F (-40 to 100 deg C).

Not included: water manifold, hose, and hose clamps. The NORMA hose end uses a 28 mm outside diameter barb for 1" inside diameter hose and requires a clamp.
