This Vintage Liberty Plus floral skirt from the 1980s or 90s is made from 100% soft cotton, Multi-coloured skirt with elasticated gathered waist and buttons. BUT please note the elastic has perished and is not stretchy. Waist measures 17 inches across and this needs someone who will move buttons or add belt loops!
