The wheel is in a good condition with moving parts in good order. There are crayon marks to the handle but not on the stencils themselves. Comes with one of the 2 special crayons. Not sure if the colouring pencils are original to the set but have included them and some wax crayons. Has its instructions. The box is a little tatty from age and storage.
