This is 100 Pounds issued by the National Bank of Egypt on May 16, 1951 and signed by Ahmed Zaki Saad.  

A large note (104 X 201 mm) with beautiful maroon color featuring on its face King Farouk's picture to the right and the Minaret of the Mosque of Qadi Yahya to the left.  The back features part of the Mosque of Sultan Al-Malik Al-Ashraf Qaytbay in the middle.
