MY PROMISE OF TOTAL TRANSPARENCY & TRUST
Honest Photos Only: I treat these rare collectibles with total respect. If an item has a tiny factory blemish, a hairline crease in the cellophane, or a soft corner, it will be clearly shown in the photos. What you see in the gallery is the exact item that goes onto your shelf.Need Extra Details? Just Ask! If you want a close-up photo of a specific angle, a quick video of the item under direct light, or need to double-check a barcode, please message me before buying. I’m always happy to send extra pictures to make sure you are 100% confident that what you buy and expect is exactly what you will get—maximum transparency from my side!
Unbroken Video Packing: To keep things safe and honest for both of us, I record the entire shipping process. I take a continuous, unedited POV video showing the item's pristine condition, how I wrap it to be completely safe, place it securely inside a rigid box, and hand it to the post office clerk for the final scan.
A Small Request Upon Arrival: When your package lands, I highly recommend pulling out your phone and filming a quick, continuous unedited video of yourself unboxing it. In the rare event that the post office roughs up the box or breaks the item, our two videos combined give us flawless, ironclad proof to claim a 100% refund from the carrier or platform insurance.
Thank you for your support, for anything don't hesitate to ask!
