I was lucky to stumble onto this magnificent example of a Virage coupe in early 2002 and bought it in February of that year with 16, 498 miles on the odometer.  It is currently at about 52,000 miles,  The odometer is in the VIC which is low on battery and intermittent (it can be removed and the battery replaced), so this is an approximation from the last emissions test that showed 49,00 miles and I've probably put on less that 2000 miles since that test.

The car is Balmoral Green with a Mushroom Gray interior.  The paint could use a professional touch up in a couple of places but is original and still stunning. The engine is running perfectly and has had regular service. Over the years I have upgraded the exhaust with new catalytic converters and mufflers along with upgrading the cooling system with cooler thermostats and cooler electric fan switchcs.  The AC has been upgraded with a new Compressor and the water pump replaced.  Likewise as to the factory recommended Fuel Pump upgrade.  Much of this given the elevation where I live in Colorado to avoid overheating issues.

I have all receipts and many records from prior owners.  I have spare parts along with every factory manual related to this car. I have upgraded to a 6.3 type rear spoiler, chrome grill, clear bra,  and a new windshield.  The tires are new Bridgestone Dueler Hl 255/55R-17 on HRE 547 wheels.  The steering wheel is a custom Nardi wheel in wood (the original steering wheel will come with the car as well. There is an in-dash Stereo with CD player and the car is equipped with Sirius/XM capability. The factory tool kit is in the car and the trunk area with the spare tire in excellent condition and includes the rear sprayer fluid container.

Prior to my purchase this car had various "James Bond" type additions to it to include a moving license plate that reveals a strobe light aimed at anyone following (see video), a series of sprayers under the rear valance that mimic an oil sprayer but use simply black colored water, a Valentine in dash radar detector, various homing devices and a radar jammer.

There were 54 Coupes that came to North America of which this is one of the earlier ones.  The total build from Aston Martin of all Virages was slightly more than just 400. The engine is a 32 valve 5.3L V-8 with the top end from Callaway with the original Torqueflight automatic transmission with 330 b.h.p. and 350  lb.ft Torque specification. This is a marvelous Grand Touring car, the last of the true hand built Astons.
