Used condition,Restored meaning polished head and raised panels on end of ratchet also painted quick release button. Ratchet was in good condition and I decided to see how far I could go with a restoration. Polished to the best of my ability. Painted the quick release button so not sure how durable that is going to be during use but it operates great just like it should anvil was not painted it in cleaned original condition. Ratchet has been disassembled, cleaned, and lubed with super lube and works exactly as it should. If you are looking for a long handle ratchet in original condition this ratchet is not for you.
