The blue and silver tone have been scuffed on the through bar and not silver but now slight damage

Other pair metal unknown marked metal with a patent number.

Both pairs have no brand mark.

They came to me housed in a Ted Baker box.

Likely just about vintage as shown please see photos as they complete the description.
