Made and printed in Japan beginning in the late 1960s - copyright by Mattel. Items are securely attached (stitched) to the card in tiny clear bags to keep them secure and separated. The original clear wrap over the cardboard with items attached has not been opened. It has the remnants of a price tag near top left corner. Is the package and item perfect? No, but it is unopened and secure.
